Eric and Carla Whirley started the business in 2005, drawing on Eric’s taxidermy experience dating back to 1998 and training under a master taxidermist.

They emphasize modern techniques, attention to detail, and presenting mounts as artwork while using a state-of-the-art humidity-controlled cooler for careful meat handling.

They publish a detailed price list for taxidermy and processing, with example rates such as $250 for deer processing, $475 for elk processing, big game shoulder mounts starting around $900–$1,000, bird mounts starting at $400, and additional fees for options like open mouths or sausage making.

Taxidermy turnaround typically runs 6–10 months, while processing is completed promptly and includes one day of freezer space, with additional cold storage available at daily rates.

In addition to mounts and processing, they offer cold storage, meat aging, rugs, repair work, shipping of finished taxidermy and processed meat, and price-quoted bases or panels.
