A 50% deposit is required at drop-off, additional fees apply for alterations, repairs, open mouths, pedestals, habitats, bases, delivery, and storage, and completed mounts must be picked up within 2 weeks to avoid daily storage charges or forfeiture; customers report turnaround times as reasonable and often under a year.
