Pacific Crest Taxidermy works on big game, small game, exotics, birds, upland gamebirds, and fish.

Dave has practiced taxidermy since 1964, began formal training with master taxidermists in 2005, and brings a lifetime of hunting, fishing, and commercial fishing experience to his work.

The studio publishes detailed pricing, with example shoulder mount prices such as about $550 for deer, $600 for antelope, $775–$900 for elk, $800 for strutting turkey, and set per-bird prices like $225 for ducks, $250–$375 for geese, $250 for pheasants, and $135 for quail, plus additional charges for bases, habitats, euro mounts, skull cleaning, antler mounts, and tanning.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins, and once your mount is finished you have 90 days from notification to pay the balance and pick it up before it is considered abandoned; no specific turnaround time is stated.
