Wood Wildlife Studio publishes detailed 2024–2026 price lists, requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before starting work, positions its pricing above budget taxidermy, and notes that custom poses, elaborate habitats, alterations, and special requests add to the cost.

They aim to complete trophies within one year of receiving them, communicate any longer timelines up front, and require completed work to be paid for and picked up within 30 days of final billing.

Additional services include rugs, tanning, freeze-dry work, antler repair and form alterations, habitat bases and dioramas, finished mounts in a showroom, trophy room design and placement, pickup and delivery, field care resources, and coordination of domestic and international trophy shipping.
